Please note there is an extended returns period to accommodate Christmas shopping. All returns for items purchased during December 2021 will be accepted until January 31st, 2022.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE SOME DELAYS WITH AUSTRALIA POST DUE TO COVID19 LOCKDOWN. We apologise for any delays in shipping times.
Domestic orders with standard shipping generally take 2 – 10 business days and are shipped via AusPost. Please note that orders going to Tasmania and Western Australia may take longer to be delivered, and weather issues can also delay packages.
Express shipping available via Australia Post generally takes 1-3 days. All express shipping will be posted within a 24 hour period of placing the order.

International shipping is $30 plus an additional $5 per item. At this stage we ship to Canada, France, United Kingdom and United States. If you would like us to ship to additional countries please email us at info@daisydee.com.au we are happy to accommodate any requests where possible.
Returns
RETURNS POLICY
Return any product back in the condition it was received within 30 days for a full refund, store credit, or to swap for an alternative product. Please contact info@daisydee.com.au for further information regarding returns.
Please note with returned items any shipping fees charged are not reimbursed.
